No. AIX only runs on PowerPC hardware. And even if it could run on Intel-compatible hardware you'd still need a license to run it as there's no free/student version available.

How to Find if AIX machine is LPar or not

We have a AIX machine which was having problems while checking for additional ports. When restarted, it is showing the message "STDIN, STDOUT initializing....
