Nautilus ad-ons called "nautilus-cd-burner" which you have to install along with ..
Google it you could find more details about Nautilus regards fro what purpose we are using it ...
Also you can use "GnomeBaker" too ..

Creates a PNG thumbnail for a video file, used by Nautilus.
