I have file that I need to remove the duplicates. The problem is, I need to only keep the one which has a unique 3rd field. Here is a sample file:

The command finds information to explain a message from an SCCS command or to explain the use of a SCCS command. Zero or more arguments
can be supplied. If no arguments are given, prompts for one:
