Based on your previous posts you have a bias towards programming, but may need further training.
My advice: Try to get certified in anything where you are proficient.
(basics) On your CV, learn how to spell IBM. Potential employers notice basic errors in a CV.

Sorry @gabam the more I re-read your post than I realise that you convey nothing which an employer would desire. (toned down version).
Your post reminds me of Stock CV from somewhere South of China. (We see a considerable number of CVs in our Company).
My advice (because you have tried). Get a native English techo-person to revise your CV. Get certified in anything where you are competent. Get your CV read by someone with native English with view to correcting any weird English language. Send your CV to IBM (I'm not joking because they are asking for new talent).
