transport errors in iostat

I asked you that because if you were to have some active swap on the disk your system would have crashed...
Well all you have to do now is be prepared to change the disk ( have a new spare aside...) and keep an eye, usually a bad disk will go nuts at a point (you will see hundreds of scsi resets
...) or the disk is already dead (stopped and cold 
) and so no more resets..

Dear Friends,
I am using Solaris 10 on Sun Sparc T5120 with 4 HDD(Raid).I am getting transport error in one of my mirrored HDD c1t2d0. Below is a screen shot. I have replaced the HDD with new one but still the same. Any one can help????

I am trying to set up a two host cluster. trouble is with the cluster transport configuration.
i'm using e1000g2 and g3 for the cluster transport. global0 and global1 are my two nodes, and I am running the scinstall from global1.

I all,
I would like to know what are the causes of :

-harderror
-transport error
and how to avoid and repare them.
I got the iostat out put below:

i've made a simple program that change a string from lowercase to uppercase and from uppercase to lowercase. Server works until start client, after client run server give this error: "recv server fallita: Transport endpoint is not connected" why? i think that stream closed too soon or not? below... Hello, I'm trying to get to the bottom of SAN disk errors we've been seeing.
Server is Sun Fire X4270 M2 running Solaris 10 8/11 u10 X86 since April 2012. SAN HBAs are SG-PCIE2FC-QF8-Z-Sun-branded Qlogic. SAN storage system is Hitachi VSP. We have 32 LUNs in use and another 8 LUNs not brought... (4 Replies)

vxbootsetup - set up system boot information on a Veritas Volume Manager disk SYNOPSIS
/etc/vx/bin/vxbootsetup [-g diskgroup] [medianame ... ] DESCRIPTION
The vxbootsetup utility configures physical disks so that they can be used to boot the system. Before vxbootsetup is called to configure a disk, the required volumes, standvol, rootvol and swapvol (and optionally, dumpvol) must be created on the disk. All of these volumes must be contiguous with only one subdisk. The -g option may be used to specify the boot disk group. If no medianame arguments are specified, all disks that contain usable mirrors of the root, swap, /usr and /var volumes are configured to be bootable. If medianame arguments are given, only the disks that are associated with the specified disk names are configured to be bootable. vxbootsetup requires that: o The root volume must be named rootvol and must have a usage type of root. o The swap volume must be named swapvol and must have a usage type of swap. o The volumes containing /usr and /var (if any) must be named usr and var, respectively. See the chapter "Recovery from Boot Disk Failure" in the Veritas Volume Manager Troubleshooting Guide for detailed information on how the system boots and how VxVM impacts the system boot process. The vxmirror, vxrootmir, and vxresize utilities call vxbootsetup automatically. If you use vxassist, or vxmake and vxplex to create mirrors of the root volume on a disk, you must run vxbootsetup explicitly to make the disk bootable. ARGUMENTS
