1) This is the big problem I have ! when you make a threshold condition (80% as an example) the algorithm split one group into multiple group ! because all the associations (as shown in your #19 response) don't satisfy the initial threshold condition

G2) Yes Y-X is the same as X-Y . But in my data we can not have these possibility because it's a pairwise comparison (triangulable matrix) . Each association is found one time

I don't now if it's possible but as you say we will add a final step that merge group that share one or more elements ! it's correct ?
