Transmission is standard for xfce, but fedora is installed with gnome and should therefore have GnomeTorrent. This is the general case, your setup may be different depending on the customisations.
I dont see how the client impedes on download speed (which I think is what you are referring to), there are many other factors at play, such as the local infrastructure and the amount of seeders. Therefore I dont see how a different client - beyond offering other functionality - should resolve the issue.

i'm aware of frostwire which is a .rpm for other distros... and the many bitTorrent clients but i dont know how to install / convert them... and the torrent clients just won't find music like limewire would (1 Reply)
