You need to go to an update release. Applying the recomended patch cluster will not cut it.
And to go to an update release, you may either use liveupgrade or apply it to an alternate boot environment. You can go through thw README file that comes with the update release.
MOS sucks. If you have a local oracle rep, ask him to send you instructions on how to list out the update releases from MOS.
