Is there any System call which behaves just like fork but i dont want to return back two times to the calling func.
In the following ex iam creating a child process in the called func but the ex prints two times IN MAIN.

I have a unix script that basically has a while loop inside which it checks Oracle database for certain records. If it finds the records, it does some processing and then goes back to the while loop. pdfclean [options] input.pdf [output.pdf] [pages] DESCRIPTION
pdfclean pretty prints and rewrites the contents of a PDF file. If no output file is specified, the new file will be written to "out.pdf" in the current directory. OPTIONS
-p password Use the specified password if the file is encrypted. -g Garbage collect objects that have no references from other objects. Give the option twice to renumber all objects and compact the cross reference table. Give it three times to merge and reuse duplicate objects. -d Decompress streams.
