The DNS problem is solved.
I was missing to change the DNS ip at clients.
Now one question arises.
1. Is there only manual way of changing DNS ip at client machines or there are any other way so that i can change or make clients to use my new DNS ip?

I am having a bit of trouble getting my CENTOS 6.5 DNS server to work correctly in our testlab environment. Lab network is 10.8.0.0/24 in which we all access from 10.7.0.0.0/24 && 10.0.0.0/24. Here are my configs:

Net::DNS::Mailbox - DNS mailbox representation

DESCRIPTION
The Net::DNS::Mailbox module implements a subclass of DNS domain name objects representing the DNS coded form of RFC822 mailbox address.
METHODS

$mailbox = new Net::DNS::Mailbox('John.Doe@example.com');
$mailbox = new Net::DNS::Mailbox('John Doe <j.doe@example.com>');
Creates a mailbox object which represents the DNS domain encoded form of the mail address specified by the character string argument.
The argument string consists of printable characters from the 7-bit ASCII repertoire.

Returns a character string containing the RFC822 mailbox address corresponding to the encoded domain name representation described in
RFC1035 section 8.
DOMAIN NAME COMPRESSION AND CANONICALISATION
