i need to delete a lines after searching a particular string but this searching should only happen after the 4th line..
basically imagine a file like this

To: cdeb.yahoo.com

I have code that accepts input from a user, and when the user hits enter it is supposed to delete that whole line from the file.

I am trying to remove lines once a string is found till another string is found including the start string and end string.
