How to override Window Manager placement of windows.

Hello, everyone! Is it possible to create a window in X11/WM, but override the position Window Manager sets for the window.        XSetWMHints, XGetWMHints - set or get window manager hints

Syntax
       XSetWMHints(display, w, wmhints)
	     Display *display;
	     Window w;
	     XWMHints *wmhints;

       XWMHints *XGetWMHints(display, w)
	     Display *display;
	     Window w;

Arguments
       display	 Specifies the connection to the X server.

       w	 Specifies the window.

       wmhints	 Specifies a pointer to the window manager hints.

Description
       The  function  sets  the  window manager hints that include icon information and location, the initial state of the window, and whether the
       application relies on the window manager to get keyboard input.
