I thank you all for your concern on my excel spreadsheet however, on the sample I submitted the names and the units are fiction. The courses are real however, they can be found on google as well since they are only classes. This is not top secret information.
I guess I will go elsewhere for assistance.

I'm writing a shell script to extract some field out of log file to a text file which i can convert/open in Excel sheet.
I gave names to the fields like (Editor_name, Owner, etc..) to be in the top of the Excel sheet.
