Thanks guys! I attended both interviews last week. For the Capacity Analyst role, they were satisfied that I had the technical skills (MS Excel, mostly) from my CV and the interview was more about finding a 'fit' for their current team and making sure the applicant was stable and committed to staying with the organisation (they are a fairly large IT services provider and looking to make a substantial investment in training the right applicant). There were more questions at the interview for the public sector Technical Support Officer role about specific tasks which I had undertaken with vendor software packages. By way of interest/comparison, here are portions of the job advertisements for there respective roles. Capacity Analyst:

Qualifications / Experience & Skills Requirements * Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint * You have tertiary qualifications and/or relevant operational IT and business experience * You have well developed written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills * Exposure to the Capacity Planning function (or Performance Management function eg server/network) will be highly regarded.

NAME
Moose::Meta::Role::Composite - An object to represent the set of roles VERSION
version 2.0603 DESCRIPTION
A composite is a role that consists of a set of two or more roles. The API of a composite role is almost identical to that of a regular role. INHERITANCE
"Moose::Meta::Role::Composite" is a subclass of Moose::Meta::Role. METHODS Moose::Meta::Role::Composite->new(%options) This returns a new composite role object. It accepts the same options as its parent class, with a few changes: o roles This option is an array reference containing a list of Moose::Meta::Role object. This is a required option. o name If a name is not given, one is generated from the roles provided. o apply_params(\%role_params) Creates a new RoleSummation role application with %role_params and applies the composite role to it. The RoleSummation role application class used is determined by the composite role's "application_role_summation_class" attribute. o reinitialize($metaclass) Like "Class::MOP::Package->reinitialize", but doesn't allow passing a string with the package name, as there is no real package for composite roles.
