Virtualization problems
Hi everyone.
Last week we have some hardware problems in our Unixware 7 server, and i decided to change this physical machine into a virtual machine.
The scenario is:
architecture=IA32
bus_types=PCI2.10,ISA,PnP1.0
hostname=tecsup2uw.tecsupaqp.edu
hw_provider=Generic AT
hw_serial=UW7B00001
kernel_stamp=98/04/03
machine=Pentium
num_cg=1
num_cpu=1
os_base=UNIX_SVR5
os_provider=SCO
release=5
srpc_domain=
sysname=UnixWare
user_limit=10
version=7
My procedure:
- I made an image of my HD with Acronis True Image Home Edition - Version 11 - The format of this image is "*.tib".
- With VMWare Converter Standalone Version 4.3.0. i convert the phisical machine (image "tib") into a virtual machine.
- Well at this point, everithing was OK, but when i startup the new virtualized machine, it crash with the error:
psm_time_spin_adjust: invalid delay factor (10000 375 256)
Kernel Page Fault from (cs:eip) = (0000100:C002C44A):
eax=74C08559 ebx=00000000 ecx= FFDAAC0 ..... and other address directions i presume.
Raw stack dump begins at =xFFFDAAC8 :

other address directions i presume.

System has halted and may be powered off (Press any key to rebbot)
Someone know what is the problem ?.
Please any help will be apreciated. It's at certain point urgent.
Thanks.
Danilo.

fence_zvm - I/O Fencing agent for GFS on s390 and zSeries VM clusters
SYNOPSIS
fence_zvm [OPTION]...
DESCRIPTION
fence_zvm is an I/O Fencing agent used on a GFS virtual machine in a s390 or zSeries VM cluster. It uses the s3270 program to log the

fence_zvm accepts options on the command line as well as from stdin. fence_node sends the options through stdin when it execs the agent.
fence_zvm can be run by itself with command line options which is useful for testing.
