Thanks so much for your help. I reviewed the script I posted and found that the script will not work in ksh but works fine in bash.
Your script looks like it will do exactly what I need also. I'll give it a shot. Thanks again.

It would be cool do analyze the full file name for the word "FLAG" just in case it's not the last part of the file name.

It looks like this:

to test the at command on my terminal. I got the message:

I would hate going back to Ubuntu, But one issue, I cannot get my Dell Wireless 1450 Wireless USB Adapter working.

pct-scanner-script [--help]
DESCRIPTION
pct-scanner-script is a bash script and configuration system to easily scan documents and create a digital archiving. It can create DjVu
PDF and JPEG outputs, in merged and individual files. It also has a configuration system where different configurations can be defined,
making it easy to switch between configurations.
Please use pct-scanner-script --help to find all program options, the complete help, and all examples.
