Tools Adding LUNs to system

Hi guys I have been asked for the following:
SMI Oracle database PTP10 Oracle 10g RAC on usdfslprac4 and usdfslprac5 Linux boxes is reaching its space limit. It is just 20 GB away from being completely out of disk space. And then database will stop working and SMI system hence will be impacted.

The intent of this request is to create additional SAN disk and present those LUNS to usdfslprac4/usdfslprac5 shared storage for Oracle ASM.

We need 100 GB SAN space. Once SIS SAN admin adds these disks to SAN. Then SIS UNIX/LINUX ADMIN needs to present these LUNs to usdfslprac4 and usdfslprac5 as shared disk groups. And then partition these disk groups Please look at /dev/mpath on those boxes for existing disks names and configurations.

SIS LINUX / UNIX admin should work with H IT dba like Prashant Mondkar or Jan Hrasch to come up with appropriate share disk groups name and partitions.

I like 100 GB to be divided as follows in ASM disk groups at Oracle RAC level
70 GB for DATA ASM group
30 GB for FLASH ASM group

Basically I believe it is to add LUN's and increase the FS system for those directories.

Can you give me a bit of information on how to accomplish this?

Besides which information I need to provide to the storage guy to be able to present the LUns to the server.
