Yesterday my customer told me to expect a vcs upgrade to happen in the future. He also plans to stop using HDS and move to EMC.
Am thinking how to migrate to sun cluster setup instead.
My plan as follows leave the existing vcs intact as a fallback plan.

sfood-cluster - read snakefood dependencies from stdin and cluster according to filenames
SYNOPSIS
sfood-cluster [options] directories...
DESCRIPTION
You need to call this script with the names of directories to cluster together, for relative filenames.
OPTIONS
-h, --help
show the help message and exit
-f FROM_FILE, --from-file=FROM_FILE
Read cluster list from the given filename.
