I created a user which I would like to have access only to FTP. I am able to get FTP to the machine with that user, but I only want him to have access to two directories, and no shell access. How can I accomplish this?

Hi All,
I'm using solaris 2.8, and I want create a new ftp user account with the following restrictions:
- Have only ftp access, no telnet or rlogin
- Have restricted access to its home directory example /export/home/newuser
- Deny access to any other directory.

I run an application that creates a hostname_log.txt file on the c:\ of each windows workstation.
At the end of each day, these log files are FTP'd to a directory on a UNIX box.

SYNOPSIS
ftpcount [-v] [-V]
DESCRIPTION
Use the ftpcount command to show the current number of users logged in and the login limit for each FTP Server class defined in the ftpac-
cess(4) file.
OPTIONS
The ftpcount command supports the following options:
-v Display the user counts for FTP Server classes defined in virtual host ftpaccess(4) files.
-V Display program copyright and version information, then terminate.
EXIT STATUS
The following exit values are returned:
0 Successful completion.
