We are trying to run dbx on a core file for which we have the original executable and libs, but not the source / object tree. We have recompiled the objects from the original source, but dbx complains that they were compiled at a different time, and refuses to read them:

i need a Prompting read in my script:
read -p "Enter your command: " command
But i always get this Error:
-p: is not an identifier
When I run these in c-shell i get this error
/usr/bin/read: read: bad option(s)

I have line in input file as below:

My expected output for line in the file must be :

httppower is a helper program for powerman which enables it to communicate with HTTP based power distribution units. It is run interac- tively by the powerman daemon. OPTIONS
