i have this problem

$ /opt/lampp/lampp status
Apache is running.
MySQL is not running.
ProFTPD is not running.

then..
Code:
$ /etc/init.d/mysqld status
mysqld (pid 16346) is running...

after stopping my lampp .. then stopping mysqld ...
if i restart lampp
am getting

XAMPP : couldn't start Mysql ..

please give me the reason..

Missing dependencies updating unixODBC / MySQL Connector

I have installed mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.5-0.i386.rpm and libtools on my Fedora12 system. Updating with yum says that there is nothing to update. What the cluster manager does in case a slave exceeds this maximum lag is determined by the evict_outdated_slaves parameter. (optional, integer, default 3600) evict_outdated_slaves If set to true, any slave which is more than max_slave_lag seconds behind the master has its MySQL instance shut down. If this parameter is set to false in a primitive or clone resource, it is simply ignored. If set to false in a master/slave resource, then exceeding the maximum slave lag will merely push down the master preference so the lagging slave is never promoted to the new master.
