I call it confirmed because I did so myself...
You might have to build it yourself, but it's completely possible for links to be built without any support for graphical modes at all -- i.e. doesn't even need the libraries.

I need to restrict the HTTP traffic for yahoo.com(and all its sub-domains) for elinks but when i use ping to receive packages from it. I need to do that with squid and use dstdom_regex in /etc/squid/squid.conf

WWW::Mechanize::FormFiller::Value::Interactive - Ask the user to fill out a HTML form field
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
This class provides a way to write a value read from STDIN into a HTML field.
new NAME
Creates a new value which will correspond to the HTML field "NAME".
name [NEWNAME]
Gets and sets the name of the HTML field this value corresponds to.
value FIELD
Returns the value to put into the HTML field. The value will be read from STDIN. The name of the HTML field to be read and the current
value will be printed to STDOUT. An empty string will use the given default. There currently is no way to enter an empty string if
there is a different default string.

None by default.
