Is there and application like "Secunia PSI" for *nix ?

Hi, I wonder if there is a program like "Secunia PSI" for Linux?
(And yes I've searched for it, without any success obviously)
For those of you who don't know what it is here's a description:
Code:
The Secunia PSI is a free security tool designed to detectvulnerable andout-dated
programs and plug-ins which expose your PC to attacks. Attacks exploiting
vulnerable programs and plug-ins are rarely blocked by traditional anti-virus and are
therefore increasingly "popular" among criminals.

PSI - Consumer - Products

Thanks in advance

\Best Regards
