Adding an if condition to your code would do the job i believe
Code:
cd $PICKUPDIR
if [ -f "${PICKUPDIR}*" ]
then
	for FILE in `ls Tes_ONE*.*`
	do

		mv ${FILE} ${FILE}.arch
