Your script appears to CR-LF delimited, perhaps because it was created with an editor on a Windows platform and then transferred to the Linux box? Use todosto convert the script to Unix format. Or:
Code:
tr -d '\015' < script.sh > newscript.sh

I was thinking of a find and replace but I'm not sure of the syntax to look for a word ending with this pattern and not sure how to replace the whole word. (2 Replies)
