awk search and print

I have a script where I need to use awk, go through some output, which is stored in a variable, and find a string Xms and Xmx and print the results, including the rest of that string.

Example of string:

Code:
/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/deploytool/itp/batch2.jar:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java/lib/tools.jar -Dibm.websphere.internalClassAccessMode=allow -verbose:gc -Xms128m -Xmx512m -Dws.ext.dirs=/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java/lib:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/lib:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/installedChannels:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/lib/ext

The above output is not fixed. I need to capture the 128 and 512 from above.
