Hi, This is a strange issue: We have an sftp server. Users can ssh to it from internal LAN without any issue, but they can not ssh to it externally via firewall. Here is what I got:
OS is Solaris 9. No hosts.allow and hosts.deny files.

Help. My script is working fine when executed manually but the cron seems not to catch up the command when registered.
The script is as follow:

we have created a DNS server at RHEL6.2 environment in 10.20.203.x/24 network.

The problem I'm having is that if I spec a user id (valid user) in the share, I don't get prompted for a password when trying to access it from a Windows host. ntdbdump - tool for printing the contents of an NTDB file SYNOPSIS
ntdbdump [-k keyname] [-e] [-h] {filename} DESCRIPTION
This tool is part of the samba(1) suite. ntdbdump is a very simple utility that 'dumps' the contents of a NTDB (New Trivial DataBase) file to standard output in a human-readable format. This tool can be used when debugging problems with NTDB files. It is intended for those who are somewhat familiar with Samba internals. OPTIONS
