Question Synchronization of folders

Hi guys and girls Smilie
I have some problem with folder synchronization.
I have a hudson job that make special build from svn data (check outing full project every time), after build folder is synchronized with second folder lets call them build and destination Smilie
Currently I'm copying build to destination and then remove not needed files with combination of ls -R -1 > file, sed and rm Smilie
This is good but very slow because folders has now 1,5 Gb of small files.

i was thinking about using unison but his synchronizing from half of hour now so maybe you now a quick and stable resolution of my problem?
