There's no command to undo an rm. You'll have to restore it from backup or, if you have an identical system handy, borrow a copy from it. Be sure to delete your /bin/sh symlink first, don't just overwrite it, or you might end up overwriting bash itself too!
My suggestion for next time would be to never, ever delete a system-critical file like sh. Move it if you must, but don't delete.

i'm doing the following ...
ln -s x.sh ./scripts/y.sh
and
cat ./scripts/y.sh
it is giving following error
cat: cannot open y.sh
Any reason u an think of ?
But it is working fine when i goto scripts directory and cretae the symbolic link.

I entered this command:
ln -s /one/two/three/four/help/admin admindirectory
to make a link called 'admindirectory' that would take me to:
/one/two/three/four/help/admin
