Aurora Linux is the most RHEL-ish you'll find for SPARC, however the stable release is based on FC3 so it's not very cutting-edge.

Slackware and Gentoo also support SPARC.

/dev/ntwdt The ntwdt driver is a multithreaded, loadable, non-STREAMS pseudo driver that provides an application with an interface for controlling a system watchdog timer.
