LANG env variable
Hi, nvkuriseti,

In my old Fedora 5, it is enough to make sure that
environment is properly set up, by doing:

export LANG=en_US.ISO-8859-1

, and, when editing (with vi, for example), you will naturally type
"~ and n" to get the tilded n letter, or ", and c" to get cedilla, and
so on for all accented ones.

It works for me.
