Anyway: use one of gazillions of tools, here is one freeware tool, not necessarily the best, most friendly, most powerful or most anything:

Download ISO Recorder

I need to make a bootable usb of windows 7 repair disc iso file so that I can use it in case my system doesn't boot up.
