If these were equation solving programs your CPU utilisation would be close to 100% (or 4800% by some reckoning) which is not itself a problem unless there is a queue for cpu time.
What is the realtime duration of a typical process of the proposed 96 processes? What is the frequency of invoking these processes?
You mention processing files. Do you have statistics on individual disc wait times? Something is slowing the application but it is not CPU or swap.
There is a bottleneck somewhere on this computer (which may or may not matter) but without a mention of the design of the application or or a performance problem we are guessing.

Hello Friends,
On one of my Solaris 10 box, CPU usage shows 100% using "sar", "vmstat". However, it has 4 CPUs and prstat and glance are not showing enough processes to justify high CPU utilization.

But when i tried for process status using <top> command
I got the following output
load averages: 1.75, 2.18, 2.12; up 134+08:28:49

NAME
procsystime - analyse system call times. Uses DTrace.
SYNOPSIS
procsystime [-acehoT] [ -p PID | -n name | command ]
DESCRIPTION
procsystime prints details on system call times for processes, both the elapsed times and on-cpu times can be printed.
The elapsed times are interesting, to help identify syscalls that take some time to complete (during which the process may have slept). CPU
time helps us identify syscalls that are consuming CPU cycles to run.
Since this uses DTrace, only users with root privileges can run this command.
OPTIONS
-a print all data
-c print syscall counts
-e print elapsed times, ns
-o print CPU times, ns
-T print totals
-p PID examine this PID
-n name
examine processes which have this name
EXAMPLES
Print elapsed times for PID 1871,
# procsystime -p 1871
Print elapsed times for processes called "tar",
