My expected result should be:

Purpose : while running perf. test, needs to find where is the bottleneck.

I know how to check if any file has a unix process using a file by looking at 'lsof <fullpath/filename>' command.
I think using lsof is very expensive. Also to make it accurate we need to inlcude fullpath of the file.

Address of the read-write lock to be acquired for write access.
DESCRIPTION
This routine acquires a read-write lock for write access. This routine waits for any other active locks (for either read or write access)
to be unlocked before this acquisition request is granted.
