Are you talking about the Sun Blade 150 Workstation with the UltraSPARC II CPU? And is the Ubuntu you downloaded the i386 or amd64 edition? If the answer to both questions is "Yes", then you're out of luck, as the Intel i386 architecture isn't compatible with the SPARC.

Otherwise, there's a SPARC version of the server edition of Ubtuntu, based on (at least) the UltraSPARC T1.

install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
