Nothing in UNIX directly supports it. You need to use the open-source Mono interpreter. I'm not sure if it's available for AIX or not, it originated on Linux. Even then, it's efficacy is hard to guarantee.
Realistically, if you want to write UNIX scripts, C# is the last language you'd ever want to use. It's about as portable as a depleted uranium garden gnome.

We have a AIX Server with TSM installed.
This server has en0 for administration purposes and we have en1 for backup stuff.
en0 subnet 10.10.10.x
en1 subnet 10.10.20.x
