That may be true if you look only at the hardware. The other part of HPC is the software which is tweaked to actually fully use the hardware capabilities: that most people have the equevalent of a 10-year-old Supercomuter under their desk does not mean they are doing high performance computing...

INSTALLATION
If you want access to the names and values for the zimbra performance metrics, do the following as root:
# cd $PCP_PMDAS_DIR/zimbra
# ./Install
If you want to undo the installation, do the following as root:
# cd $PCP_PMDAS_DIR/zimbra
# ./Remove
pmdazimbra is launched by pmcd(1) and should never be executed directly. The Install and Remove scripts notify pmcd(1) when the agent is
installed or removed.
