By follow the step from the document,(really thanks a lot, incredible)Smilie I was able to remove the Veritas from root Disk.
anyway, i will continue to update the Solaris version from 8 to 10.

Thanks everyone, i had success to update the Solaris version from 8 to 10. It take around 3 hour to finish update, Its quite straight forward to update using DVD.
