Unable to register, cont.
Hi,
I'm posting in reply to:
https://www.unix.com/forum-support-ar...-register.html
imnotaspammer is me.
I'm posting in new thread because it seems I can't reply as I'm not registered. I guess this is a reason why no problem report here gets any feedback after initial answer.
@vbe:
I'm not sure what forum rules have I broken. The no-email-posting rule is for not receiving support privately, when other people may benefit from knowing the answer, I guess. There is no explicit "do not post your email" rule anywhere. Also, I don't know what "IP" do you mean. My email address is public, just as my website and I consider this as a part of my "internet identity".
About my nick... . Well this is a nick I use as "dpc" is almost always too short, dpc.ucore.info is also my OpenID etc. and this is the first time someone / any antispam automate considers this a spam. Some disallow dots - then I use underscores. If you have any problems with this please explicit disallow dots in registration as "you're a spammer" message is just misleading and wastes time of those willing to access this forum. Not to mention that "nofollow" HTML attribute was created for a reason an I don't think having a url as a nickname will be a benefit for any spammer, anyway.
At this point I'm a bit irritated that I takes so much time to get access here and if the only problem is that your registration rules are political broken (in my opinion they are) and you enforce it with misleading ways I'm cool with just not using it. It's your playground and your toys.
Have a nice day. Bye.

Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::SpamCop(3pm) User Contributed Perl Documentation Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::SpamCop(3pm)
NAME
Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::SpamCop - perform SpamCop reporting of messages
SYNOPSIS
loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::SpamCop
DESCRIPTION
SpamCop is a service for reporting spam. SpamCop determines the origin of unwanted email and reports it to the relevant Internet service
providers. By reporting spam, you have a positive impact on the problem. Reporting unsolicited email also helps feed spam filtering
systems, including, but not limited to, the SpamCop blacklist used in SpamAssassin as a DNSBL.
Note that spam reports sent by this plugin to SpamCop each include the entire spam message.
See http://www.spamcop.net/ for more information about SpamCop.
USER OPTIONS
spamcop_from_address user@example.com (default: none)
This address is used during manual reports to SpamCop as the From: address. You can use your normal email address. If this is not
set, a guess will be used as the From: address in SpamCop reports.
spamcop_to_address user@example.com (default: generic reporting address)
Your customized SpamCop report submission address. You need to obtain this address by registering at "http://www.spamcop.net/". If
this is not set, SpamCop reports will go to a generic reporting address for SpamAssassin users and your reports will probably have less
weight in the SpamCop system.
spamcop_max_report_size (default: 50)
Messages larger than this size (in kilobytes) will be truncated in report messages sent to SpamCop. The default setting is the maximum
size that SpamCop will accept at the time of release.
