I have a UNIX daemon program which takes client connections via TCP/IP sockets.
What I need to know is if there is any way of getting the IP address of the client socket once a connection has been made... or do I have to code my client to send it manually ?

i m using SCO unix openserver 5.0.... on my client machine. i have assign static IP to it and can ping the server. but now i want to connect internet on it through LAN , don't know how to do that?/

When I run boot - s everything looks good for POST and bootup, but the system will not bail out of a "Requesting Internet Address for 0:14:4f:4d:61:7d". install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
