Job Sheduler/workload automation Open Source

I'm talking about a centralized jobs scheduler and job automatization workflow like control-m, patrol and similars. I wanted to say workflow instead of workload 
A few examples: Execute Job A,B and C, and only execute job D if job if job B fails. And for the other hand... take decisions like.... if load cpu is 99% assign one CPU more or if space available is 99% full, increase the size of lvol...
I found a couple of programs but I would like to know your experience if any with this king of programs.
