Como eliminar datos repetidos en un archivo de texto en perl

I have a file called texto.txt

like this

sil
a
b
c
s
sil
b
a

and i wold like to have this output, a new file like this

sil
a
b
c
s

I want to erase all repeated words, i tried to do it but i couldn't, if somebody can help me i will apreciate (Sorry for my bad english)

grid.py is a parameter selection tool for C-SVM classification using the RBF (radial basis function) kernel. It uses cross validation (CV) technique to estimate the accuracy of each parameter combination in the specified range and helps you to decide the best parameters for your problem. FILES
