Thanks for replying. It is working....

If i have input in my csv file like this

This is," ""a"" test,"" file","for ""validation"" puropse"

Actually the above is 3 fields with value

1) This is
2) "a" test," file
3) for "validation" puropse

If data content contains comma, then csv encloses those fields with double quotes...also in cases..field itself contains double contains...

So, for the input
This is," ""a"" test,"" file","for ""validation"" puropse"

Output should be:
1) This is
2) "a" test," file
3) for "validation" puropse


I hope this example is clear. Please let me know if you need more clarity then i can provide you more details.
