Burning Solaris 9 Installation ISOs to bootable CDs

I'm able to get the system to boot off the CD for a Solaris 10 9 freshly downloaded from the website). Seems I was doing alright burning the ISOs, the images seem off. You were spot on! Thanks buddy!!
In fact there is one more issue that through me completely off guard-
When I used the CD on a Solaris 10 SPARC machine with a boot cdrom -s,
/
read failed
Fast Data Access, MMU Miss
Right after, i used it on a Solaris 9,SPARC, same command, it finally did!
I will appreciate it if you could give me a list of things that i could look into.
One of them is the CD drive itself. Could you add to it?
