this is not a homework.......
unique number is user input(can be changed by command line argument)

Hi,
Currently I am coding up a nasty way of reading file input using *cat* rather than *read*. My text input looks like
TextA 100
TextB 110
TextC 120
Currently I am using cat |while read line to read the first column and second column fields.

I have a CSV file ( file.csv) with some data as

I have to delete the duplicate line based on

Hello,
I have this file that sometime contains 0 lines and sometimes 1 or more.
It's supposed to then put the result (could be 0 or 1 or 2 or more) into a variable.
Then it's supposed to echo using an if else statement depending on the value of the variable.

About: Compare bgzipped and tabix indexed VCF files. (E.g. bgzip file.vcf; tabix -p vcf file.vcf.gz) OPTIONS
-c, --chromosomes <list|file> Same as -r, left for backward compatibility. Please do not use as it will be dropped in the future. -d, --debug Debugging information. Giving the option multiple times increases verbosity -H, --cmp-haplotypes Compare haplotypes, not only positions -m, --name-mapping <list|file> Use with -H when comparing files with differing column names. The argument to this options is a comma-separated list or one mapping per line in a file. The names are colon separated and must appear in the same order as the files on the command line. -R, --refseq <file> Compare the actual sequence, not just positions.
