After 7 minutes it will kick me out of my program.
Is there any settings that i need to change in order to stop the time out problem.

I have installed the Ethereal package (ethereal-0.8.14.pkg) on a SCO Openserver 5.0.7. Installation went OK but when I try to start Ethereal I get error messages about "linking problems".
I have studied the SCO Technical article 116949 but my filenames differ from article.

This might be really easy for you guys but i'm really going crazy about this problem.
I have this user that is trying to login to my unix box and it will not let him pass the point where it says TERM = (ansi ) and the last line that shows is teminal is ansi. It wont go any further.... (7 Replies)

Hi there guys.
I just got this new SCO version and i'm having some problem printing from shell,
This is what i'm typing at the # sign : lp -dHP /etc/hosts and it prints no problem but when i use any other user at the $ sign it gives me this error.
/dev/fd/7: /usr/lib/lp/sysv/7: not found.

Hi guys,
I just got this new 6.0 version and i'm trying to setup a remote office to telnet to this server running sco 6.0, in previous version all i have to do is add this file under /etc/rc2.d call S99route and put the gate in that file and that was it, for some reason in 6.0 it does not... (1 Reply)

Sometimes i need to clear all the jobs of a print queue and it is really annoying to cancel one by one.
Is there a way to cancel all print jobs for a specific print queue with a single command instead of cancelling them one by one?
My AIX system is 5.3

Just swapped over an HP printer.
The old printer was on a JetDirect box. The new printer connects directly to the network. Using the same IP address to print to, so the only alteration I made was to edit the etc/qconfig file to alter the port setting from 9103 to 9100. I can... (2 Replies)

tpm_nvrelease
SYNOPSIS
tpm_nvrelease [OPTIONS]
DESCRIPTION
tpm_nvrelease releases an NVRAM area. The user must provide the index of the NVRAM area. If owner authentication is required then the user
must provide the owner password.
Note that some areas cannot be released since they are permanent. Others can be release only after a reboot of the system.
The following options are supported:
-h, --help
Display command usage info.
-v, --version
Display command version info.
-l, --log [none|error|info|debug]
Set logging level.
-u, --unicode
Use TSS UNICODE encoding for passwords to comply with applications using TSS popup boxes
-y, --owner-well-known
Use a secret of all zeros (20 bytes of zeros) as the owner's secret.
-o, --pwdo
The owner password.
A password may be directly provided for example by using '--pwdo=password' or '-opassword'. If no password is provided with this option
then the program will prompt the user for the password.
-i, --index
The index of the NVRAM area that is to be released. The parameter may either be a decimal number or a hexadecimal number starting with
'0x'.
