If you take a look at the
code of pstree, you'll see that there's only one reference to 'pstree.x11', setting 'wait_end' to 1 (line 875). At the end this decides whether to wait for input or not (line 1003). That's it.

How to use the pstree command.
I tried to execute as below, not able to interpret/understand the output.
pstree -p | grep 525
OUTPUT:
$ pstree -p | grep 525
ââscsi_eh_0(525)

In the awk I am trying to subtract the difference $3-$2 of each matching $4 before the first _ (underscore) and print that value in $13.

tomoyo-pstree - process tree viewer utility for TOMOYO Linux
SYNOPSIS
tomoyo-pstree [option]
DESCRIPTION
This program is similar to pstree(1), but shows the domain names and profile numbers of currently running processes.
OPTIONS
-a Show all processes, including kernel threads.
remote_ip:remote_port
Show processes on a remote system via an agent waiting at port remote_port on IP address remote_ip.
EXAMPLES
Show process tree
