0KB printing files

Hi,
I am dealing with strange problem...
whenever we use our software to trigger some printing files, along with that it generates lot of zero KB printing files, in our code base we generate a printing file only if its size is >0.
So I suspect it could be something to do with printing level configuration, but I am not sure about it.
All the printing files where logged into the spool folder. As of now I have no idea why could such thing happen? If anyone have faced such error, or any such scenario, even a very little information could be of much use to me. Please let me know if anything specific you need to know about this.
Thanks in Advance.

Vivek.
