What sort of a Filesystem is it?Let us know the details.
If it's a Soft partition created from a mirror(SVM),it can be extended using growfs.

Hi, We currently have an Oracle database running and it is creating lots of processes in the /proc directory that are 1000M in size. The size of the /proc directory is now reading 26T. SVM CONSTANTS
