It is trying to give the SD-card SCSI commands to make sure it doesn't have any lingering cache to mess up the benchmarks. It is an SD-card and thus not remotely SCSI, just acts like it because everything disk-like in Linux is treated like SCSI these days, so can't do those commands, but probably doesn't have a cache to be cleared anyway. Probably fine to just ignore it.

Problem goes like this:
I have a shell script which when run manually runs perfectly.
When same script is executed through a job schdeduler I get an error as Inappropriate ioctl for device and the script fails.
This problems seems quite guiling to me.

I am using above command to run script remotely. script is working without any issues. but I am getting "tcgetattr: Inappropriate ioctl for device" message on console.

NAME
audiocfg -- configure default audio device
SYNOPSIS
audiocfg list
audiocfg default index
audiocfg test index
DESCRIPTION
The audiocfg utility helps maintaining the audio and mixer device symlinks.
Run with ``list'', it lists the available audio devices and shows the currently selected default audio device. Called with ``test'', it
plays a tone of 2 seconds for each channel of the device with the index index. Called with ``default'', it sets the default audio device to
the one with the index index.
audiocfg needs access to /dev/drvctl and write access to /dev (when used with ``default'') to work.

/dev/audio Symlink to default audio device.

Available audio devices.
/dev/audioctl
Symlink to default audio control device.
